TERMS OF USE & PROTOCOLS

Review the contractual obligations, diagram reuse permissions, and governance standards establishing proper utilization across the DecisionFork Atlas operational ecosystem.

TERMS OF USE & PROTOCOLS
01 // SYSTEM GOVERNANCE

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK & USAGE PROTOCOLS

These Terms of Use delineate the binding conditions and technical parameters governing access to DecisionFork Atlas diagram repositories, procedural schemas, and workflow documentation. Accessing our structural frameworks indicates irrevocable acceptance of these provisions.

Section 1.0 Enforceable

ACCEPTANCE OF ARCHITECTURAL TERMS

By accessing, viewing, indexing, or referencing DecisionFork Atlas and its associated logic matrices, you agree to comply with all operational covenants detailed herein. If you disagree with any portion of these structural stipulations, you must immediately terminate use of all decision libraries, workflow guides, and analytical resources.

Section 2.0 Proprietary Rights

INTELLECTUAL ASSETS & SCHEMATIC LICENSING

All branching visual designs, draw.io XML configuration schemas, taxonomy classifications, and procedural narratives are proprietary works of DecisionFork Atlas. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to inspect schemas for internal operational review. You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute unaltered repository diagrams as standalone packages.

Section 3.0 Compliance

MODEL ACCURACY & NON-ADVISORY STATUS

Decision fork representations, routing patterns, and operational case scenarios reflect hypothetical engineering conventions and organizational templates. They do not constitute formal legal, actuarial, or regulatory counsel. Every user retains sole responsibility for validating procedural branch safety prior to execution within production ecosystems.

Section 4.0 System Limits

ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT & ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

Automated scraping, denial-of-service simulations, decompilation of diagram renderers, or reverse engineering of proprietary graph heuristics without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Users must not inject malformed code or transmit malicious vectors into our search or documentation endpoints.

Section 5.0 Data Safety

PRIVACY & TELEMETRY INTEGRATION

Our processing of user interaction metrics, telemetry data, and direct communication traces is governed exclusively by our dedicated privacy documentation. DecisionFork Atlas adheres to rigorous data minimization protocols, ensuring user inquiries remain secure and strictly quarantined from commercial dissemination.

Section 6.0 Revisions

REVISIONS, TERMINATION & JURISDICTION

We reserve the right to amend these terms at our operational discretion to maintain alignment with updated diagramming conventions and software dependencies. Continued utilization following published modifications denotes constructive acceptance. Questions concerning licensing boundaries should be routed directly to our governance desk.
